Hey,

I’m Ning-ninG 😊🦋

Music. We all talk the language. It’s one of the only languages we can communicate with people whose tongue we don’t speak. To be a messenger of music, to share a language as a career, is something I’m incredibly honoured and grateful to do. Thank you to all of you that have guided me to explore a musical journey of my own since I was young. Unforgettable moments make up each step of the way.

I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to my friends, teachers, colleagues and my family that have infinitely supported me since I was young, showing incredible love, understanding, encouragement, and dedicating sacred time of their own to listen, teach and guide.

Here’s to creativity, imagination, sharing music together and making memories!

PRESS BIO

I am a UK-based violinist, illustrator and recently DJ-ing with a passion for creating unique and dynamic musical experiences. Whether I'm performing solo, jamming with DJs, or playing with a diverse range of ensembles, I very much wear my musical heart on my sleeve. I love collaborating, usually developing creations using my violin with different dance genres, working alongside emerging DJs and producers to craft innovative sounds.

My musical journey has taken me all over the world, to Greece, USA, Maldives, Mexico, Uzbekistan, Qatar, and Australia to name a few, deepening my musical path along the way. I’ve had the incredible honour of playing at high-profile sporting events - the FIFA World Cup in Qatar and the 2023 Formula 1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone with the PS Events Group.

Since 2012, I’ve had the chance to freelance as a session musician, working with talented artists and ensembles like Sara Colman, The Folk Ensemble, Jonathan Silk, and Rosie Tee. This has included opportunities to play and record at iconic venues including Abbey Road Studios, The Royal Albert Hall, Real World Studios, and at festivals including the Manchester and Cheltenham Jazz Festivals, alongside recording a music video for rising artist Sipho, for his single, "Arms."

Recently, I’ve started merging my love for DJ-ing with my violin, creating live shows that blend both, as an accessible experience for crowds. I’ve been debuting this setup at Midlands-based venues and events, beginning my journey at The Berlin Bar, and currently working with Project Events, Orelle Restaurant, Mama Roux’s and Noel’s Restaurant in Birmingham.

Bringing vibrant performances and creative collaborations, I aim to deliver unforgettable experiences with fresh, distinctive sounds. Let’s see where the music takes us next!
